Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to access to and use of EntityBrowser, a software service developed and operated by Measure IT Group SRL.

1. Provider

EntityBrowser is developed and operated by Measure IT Group SRL, Romania, CUI 44506892, VAT RO44506892.

2. The service

EntityBrowser provides tools for navigating, searching, and enriching supported semantic models and related business metadata. Features and functionality may evolve as the service is developed.

3. Access and customer environment

Use of EntityBrowser may require a compatible Microsoft and Power BI environment, appropriate licenses, authentication, permissions, and configuration. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own Microsoft environment, accounts, permissions, and source systems.

4. Trials

EntityBrowser may be made available on a free or evaluation basis. Trial access may be limited in duration, users, functionality, or availability and does not create an obligation for either party to enter into a paid subscription.

5. Acceptable use

Users must use EntityBrowser lawfully and must not attempt to compromise the security or availability of the service, gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the service in a manner that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual property

EntityBrowser, including its software, design, functionality, and associated intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Measure IT Group SRL unless otherwise stated.

Customers retain their rights in their own data, semantic models, metadata, business content, and other materials supplied through their environment.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. EntityBrowser may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

8. Paid subscriptions

Where a customer purchases a paid subscription, pricing, subscription period, users, payment terms, and any additional commercial terms may be agreed separately between the customer and Measure IT Group SRL. Those agreed terms take precedence where they conflict with these general Terms of Use.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Measure IT Group SRL is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of EntityBrowser. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

10. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where necessary for security, legal compliance, material breach of applicable terms, or following expiry or termination of a trial or subscription.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as EntityBrowser develops. The current version will be published on this website.
